Refund Policy

1. Setup and one-time fees
Setup, provisioning and one-time configuration fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Prepaid balances
Unused prepaid balances may be refunded upon request within 30 days of payment, less any charges already incurred and applicable transaction fees.
3. DID and toll-free numbers
Number rental fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the number is allocated to your account.
4. Service level credits
Where an SLA applies, credits are issued against future invoices and are the sole remedy for downtime.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us first — most disputes can be resolved quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in service suspension.
