Acceptable Use Policy

To keep our network safe, compliant and available to legitimate customers, all users must follow this Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP").

Prohibited activities

• Unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive calling, including spoofing not authorized by law.
• Unsolicited automated calls (robocalls) in violation of TCPA, TSR or equivalent laws.
• Sending traffic with manipulated or invalid caller ID.
• Attempts to bypass authentication, ACLs or rate limits.
• Termination to premium-rate or unauthorized high-cost destinations without prior written approval.
• Any use that harms, harasses or defrauds third parties.

Enforcement

Violations may result in immediate suspension, termination and reporting to law enforcement or regulators.
